Recently when Peggy and I were walking around town, I exclaimed "This is what Fall smells like!" I am not sure she knew what I was talking about. But I had missed that distinctive smell of the fallen leaves. Those of you who live in places with deciduous trees (i.e., not in Madeira Beach) know what I am talking about.
The weather has been beautiful the last few days. As I type this, it is 70 degrees in Chisinau and 59 degrees in St. Petersburg, FL (according to www.weather.com)
