Thankfully, our route was down a sloping hill, and not those stairs! The Director of the School did give Peggy a ride for part of the way, which was very kind. And then Peggy did a nice job of walking the rest of the way herself.

I was expecting the temperature to be in the upper 30s. While it didn't seem too cold, I was glad to be on the bus for our lunch, where it was warm.
