Gagauzia, cont.
My presentation was about campaigns in the U.S. The audience was mainly high school students who are studying English. My remarks were translated into Russian to be sure the students were getting all of the information. I found them an interested audience, and I was pleased to get so many questions (about targeting, campaign strategy in multi-party elections, whether we have an active Communist Party in the U.S.)
The electrical outlet in my bedroom just fried the power cord for my laptop!!! I'll have to post more about the event later, as soon as I can replace this cord. . .
