I forgot to mention that the last photo from the previous post was from the bus. I took my first bus ride yesterday -- from the last poll we visited (at the Academy of Science) to my apartment -- up Stefan cel Mare. It cost 2 lei (less than 20 cents). We walked miles (and miles) so it was definitely 2 lei well spent to get back home.
Adjacent to one of our polling locations was the Muzeul Armatei Natioanle. We did not visit the museum, but we did walk inside the gate to see these Soviet tanks and missiles.
